ABOUT MVMT PHYSIO
At MVMT Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy, we believe movement is our medicine.
Located at The Grange Golf Club, our clinic delivers evidence-based physiotherapy that combines exercise rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and education to help you move the way your body was meant to - freely, powerfully, and without those annoying niggles that seem to pop up when you least expect them.
Whether it’s getting you back on the field, back to your workouts, or simply back to moving without wincing every time you stand up, we’ll help you find freedom in movement again.
We take a personalised approach with every patient. Your first session involves a comprehensive assessment to pinpoint the cause of your issue, allowing us to create a tailored treatment plan. Whether your goal is recovering from injury, managing a health condition, enhancing overall fitness, or achieving sport-specific performance, we develop strategies that produce lasting results.
With access to The Grange’s gym facilities, we offer exercise-based rehabilitation that builds strength, confidence and independence.
Our commitment is to keep you moving and support you at every stage of your health, sporting and fitness journey.
Because movement matters.
